i am a newbie from the cleveland area just wanted to say hi i am buildin a 94 ranger and i straight axle eb 44 under it

Cool post some build pics. If you using the ranger 8.8 I think it`s only 28 spline axles. Would look into the Explorer 8.8 it has 31 spline axles plus disc brake if you get a 95 and up I think.

i have a explorer 8.8 disc brake i found on a burned explorer in wellsville i am goin to put in it just havent had the time and i want a locker for it

Honestly I wold not wast the money on a locker just weld it. I have and both Lockers and welded in a few different rigs and would prefer to drive a welded over locker on the street any day especially in a lighter shorter wheel base rig. Also think tire wear is close to the same. Just my 2 cents. Good score on the Explorer axle.
